   Example 1:

   Customer transfers 20,000 HDFC Bank reward points to ITC hotels.

    

   He gets 10,000 ITC Green points in his ITC account + Bonus of 7500 Green points as Bonus period offer.

    

   Further, customer will not be eligible for Bonus points with any other partner under this promotion

   Example 2:

   During the offer period, if Customer initiated Miles transfer with multiple Partners in the below order:

   10,000 HDFC Bank reward points to IHG  - He gets 10,000 IHG One Rewards points + Bonus of 3,750 IHG One Rewards Points (As the capping of 7500/customer is reached)

    

   30,000 HDFC Bank reward points to British Airways - He gets 15,000 British Airways Executive Club Points + No Bonus Points (As the capping of 7500/customer was already reached)

    

5. Redemption of Reward Points for flights & hotel bookings and against airmiles transfer on Smartbuy portal is capped at :

   75,000 Reward Points per calendar month for HDFC Bank Diners Club Black , Diners Club Black Metal Credit Card

6. HDFC Bank Cardholder should be enrolled as a member of the respective participating loyalty program partners in order to participate in this offer.

7. Bonus miles/points will be awarded within 60 days after the campaign has ended.

8. The bonus miles/points and the transferred miles/points may reflect in the account statement as two different transactions.

   Example :

   100 Rewards Points transferred from credit card to Loyalty Partner. Assuming, 1:1 existing transfer ratio and 75% bonus, points in Loyalty Partner account will reflect as below:

9. Reward points can be transferred in to Loyalty Partner Miles/Points only in multiples of 100

10. Loyalty Partner Bonus Miles / points credit will be rounded to the nearest decimal

    Example : Assuming, existing transfer ratio as 1: 0.333 and 75% bonus offer, points in Loyalty Partner account will reflect as below:

11. Once the miles transfer request is initiated, it cannot be reversed.
