Miles Transfer Terms and Conditions

1. The facility of transferring reward to partner airline/hotel loyalty account is available on select HDFC Bank Credit Card Cards only.
2. The conversion ratio and the minimum points required for this transfer are as per mentioned on the website.
3. Customers can transfer their points to only their own Airline/Hotel loyalty Accounts. Transfer to other Accounts is not permitted.
4. Points once transferred to airline/hotel loyalty account cannot be transferred back to HDFC Bank credit card.
5. Neither HDFC Bank nor SmartBuy will be responsible for disputes arising with partner airline/ hotel related to points transfer or utilisation of transferred points.
6. Utilisation of Airline/ Hotel loyalty points are governed by the airline/hotel Terms & Conditions.
7. All Points transfers are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
8. Points transfer can only be done to our partner airlines/hotels. The list of partner airlines is dynamic, please visit HDFC bank website to refer the latest list.
9. Points will be transferred as per the TAT captured in the points transfer journey on Smartbuy.
10. Points can only be transferred in multiples of 100. Minimum 100 points can be transferred as per the program. Maximum 1.5 Lac points can be transferred in a month.
11. Refer the Smartbuy website for the latest partner list, conversion ratios and transfer TAT for the eligible credit card product.
12. HDFC Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the Offer by other offers, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
13. HDFC Bank reserves the right to extend or terminate this program without prior notice.
14. HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Cardmember, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer.
15. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from a Cardmember to HDFC Bank from usage of the HDFC Bank Credit Card by the Cardmember under the Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by the detailed HDFC Bank Cardmember Terms & Conditions.
