   1. The corporate will be eligible for gift voucher by spending a min of Rs. 3 Lac & above in a month on their Purchase Cards. 

2. General and special spends will be classified as per the final merchant category code (MCC) received by the bank in transaction settlement file.

    3. Voucher Offer is applicable on monthly transactions done during offer period on HDFC Bank Purchase & Corporate Cards. The cards of the corporate which are eligible for voucher offer shall be communicated over email by HDFC bank/authorized vendor of HDFC bank..

    4. Spends considered for calculations would be net of reversals and refunds. Reversed/cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this voucher calculation. No voucher would not be provided on EMI spends. Even if the EMI option is opted and transaction does not convert into EMI, the spend would not be eligible for voucher.

        5. HDFC Bank may decide, due to any eventuality or otherwise, to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, or to withdraw it altogether by giving prior intimation.

    6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. 

    7. Voucher will be delivered to eligible customer cards within 180 days of offer end date. 

    8. Spends on cards whose account have been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the voucher is to be delivered, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.

    9. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.

    10. This offer is non-cashable, non-convertible, not extendable and non-negotiable.

    11. All queries with regards to the voucher Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 30 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank is not liable for any offer.

    12. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

    13. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

    14. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

    15. Above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Commercial CARD customers only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Corporate / card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Corporate / Card members Agreement.

    16. Customer shall be eligible for one spend volume-based voucher per month for offer duration period 

17. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

18. Another voucher-based offer is ongoing, wherein corporate will be eligible for a spend volume-based voucher on General MCC spends or on international spends. Corporate shall be eligible for voucher in one offer only i.e., either through General MCC spends based offer or International spends based offer or activation spend based offer. The corporate shall be eligible for only one voucher of highest denomination even if they qualify in all three spend based offers in a month.
