1. Offer is applicable to Mastercard HDFC Bank Forexplus card customers
2. Card Holder will be Eligible for the offer only if transactions are completed during the offer period.
3. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions not be considered for this offer.
4. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
5. This offer is non-convertible to either cash or alternate products, not extendable and non-negotiable.
6. Classification of a retail transaction (Point of sale/contactless) under a merchant category will be defined by MasterCard as applicable and the same will be used to arrive at Qualifiers.
7. If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

9. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if customer’s transaction fails due to technical issue.
10. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment and/or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
11. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
12. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
