As we are all aware of the spread of COVID-19 across the globe, the current situation requires all of us to act responsibly to prevent the spread of this virus. In this regard, hotel bookings in some locations may be denied as per state government’s directives to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. In such cases where hotels have denied bookings, guests need not worry as their booking amount will be refunded without any penalty. Guests can also contact our customer care support to make any changes in their bookings.

Trains


IRCTC:

In the wake of COVID-19 and as a measure of abundant caution, booking has been suspended for all trains until further advice.

For trains cancelled till 17th May, 2020 by Indian Railways, full refund will be provided automatically by IRCTC. Users need not cancel their e-tickets. Full fare will be credited back into users accounts from which payment was made.

New Updates:
1. "Passengers Not Allowed To Travel by Railway due to COVID-19 Condition": Refund shall be processed through TDR. Passengers are requested to file TDR within 10 days from the date of journey and send TTE certificate to IRCTC for further process of refund. For further details, please check refund rules here.

2. Indian Railways is going to operate 200 trains w.e.f 01-June-2020. Booking will start from 21-May-2020 at 10 am and will be available only at IRCTC website and Rail Connect Mobile App. No agent booking is allowed. Click here to know more.

3. IRCTC cancels all tickets booked before March 25 for travel till June 30. However, Shramik Special trains for migrant workers and Special Rajdhani train services that started from May 12 will continue to operate.

4. Waiting list for special trains to being from 22nd May, 2020. The waiting list for First AC and Executive Class has been capped at 20 tickets each. The maximum limit for Sleeper Class will be 200.
